Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola (born in Nigeria on November 11, 1992), professionally known as DJ Cuppy, or simply Cuppy, is a Nigerian disc jockey, producer, musician, and entrepreneur. She is the daughter of Nigerian businessman Femi Otedola. She grew up in Lagos and moved to London at the age of 13.
Cuppy’s musical endeavours began at a young age and she was already producing her own tracks and DJing around the world whilst still a business student at King’s.
Cuppy’s DJ skills have taken her to over 25 countries and she continues to fill the dancefloors across the globe. Her tour of 8 African countries was made into a TV show ‘Cuppy Takes Africa’ on Fox.
Cuppy has had an amazing career so far; winning awards and has been privileged to DJ for an elite international set of crowds. She has entertained global diplomats and international representatives with her turntable skills and was the official DJ for the Nigerian Presidential Inauguration and the 2014 MTV Africa Music Awards.
In 2014, Cuppy released her highly successful mixtape, House Of Cuppy. The compilation features remixes of chart-topping Nigerian records. House Of Cuppy was launched successfully in London, Lagos and New York. In the same year, the Honorable Minister appointed her for Culture and Tourism, as an official Nigerian Tourism Ambassador.
Until the summer of 2016, she resided in New York, attaining a Masters of Arts in Music Business at NYU. During that time, she was the resident DJ for the MTV2 show, Uncommon Sense. Furthermore, she interned at the Roc Nation headquarters where she gained first-hand experience of the worldwide music industry, putting Africa on the global music map.
In 2017 she released her debut single ‘Green Light’ with Afrobeats Superstar Tekno.

Cuppy is also a philanthropist and has worked with several philanthropy organisations including the Dangote Foundation and Global Citizen.
