Dua Lipa is making the case for backless dresses along with her newest look. On March 14, the “Levitating” singer wore a black Khaite Dasa Crepe Midi Gown whereas attending the inauguration of Texas’s first Albanian language faculty. “The middle promotes Albanian tradition, artwork and music whereas providing language courses for 5-15 12 months olds ❤️,” wrote Dua, whose parents are Kosovo Albanian, on her Instagram Tales.
At first look, the costume is formal but chic, with the asymmetrical hemline hitting simply above her ankles. However a fast pirouette in her Bottega Veneta leather-based knee-high boots revealed a strappy criss-cross design that superbly elevated the easy silhouette. “I like dancing in my new frock,” she captioned a video of herself twirling within the backless costume. Dua’s stylist, Lorenzo Posocco, paired the look with an Eéra Tokyo 18-karat and pavé diamond mono earring and Naked by Dries “Brute Diamanti” earrings.
