Infinity Level Property bought LBJ Station, a 249-unit house property situated at 8997 Vantage Level Drive close to LBJ Freeway and and Greenville Avenue. Chris Deuillet, William Hubbard and Danny Baker with CBRE brokered the sale.
Subsequent Wave Traders LLC has bought Casa Luna Residences, a 232-unit house group at 8411 La Prada Dr E in Dallas. The property was in-built 1969 and the brand new house owners plan in depth upgrades. California-based Subsequent Wave now owns 300 rental items in North Texas.
Hopewell Growth has bought two acres on South Belt Line Roan in Irving. Lee & Associates’ Alex Wilson, Nathan Denton and Reid Bassinger brokered the sale.
An investor has bought the Burgundy Residences situated at 11911 Marsh Lane in Dallas from Zane Holdings. The patrons bought 111-units out of the 180-units of the fractured condominium and have an 80% possession stake within the property. Chris Deuillet and William Hubbard with CBRE brokered the sale.
10 Federal Self Storage has bought Alpha Storage Facilities, a 88,107-square foot self-storage facility situated at 2920 Avenue F in Arlington. Brandon Karr and Danny Cunningham with Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.
CanTex Capital LLC bought a 31,217 sq. foot business constructing at 3402 Century Circle in Irving. Alex Wilson and Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates DFW brokered the sale by tee Blue Fish Sushi DFW.
Canada-based Western Wealth Capital has bought the 250-unit Villas at Chase Oaks Residence Properties situated close to U.S. Freeway 75 in Plano. In-built 1986, the property is Western Wealth Capital’s twentieth multifamily acquisition within the Dallas Fort-Price market.
Comunidad Companions has bought the Villas del Zocalo 4, a 437-unit house group at 3232 Sumter Drive in Dallas. Taylor Snoddy with Northmarq brokered the transaction.
A neighborhood investor bought the Rowlett Industrial Portfolio, a 5-building, 48,453-square-foot multi-tenant, industrial property situated at 4924-4926 Boyd Boulevard in Rowlett. The properties are on 3 acres and have been constructed between 1980 and 1999. Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.
