Swiss Chard Frittata
Swiss Chard Frittata

Swiss chard is one among my favourite leafy inexperienced greens, and it’s really easy to cook dinner. You’ll be able to eat the leaves and the stems (simply cook the stems a bit of longer since they’re harder). It’s a wonderful supply of nutritional vitamins Okay, A, and C, minerals, phytonutrients, antioxidants, and fiber. This lightened up frittata makes use of half egg whites and half complete eggs. If you wish to cook dinner extra with Swiss chard, attempt my Chicken Cassoulet with Sausage and Swiss Chard and Swiss Chard Eggs Benedict.
