PHARR, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Pharr Police Division is asking the general public for help in figuring out a theft suspect caught on digital camera.
On Sunday, Pharr PD released a video of a person seen stealing from the Black Sheep Smoke and Vape Store on 1513 South Cage Boulevard.
The person was seen on surveillance footage committing the theft in all-black clothes.
The store clerk advised authorities that the person entered the enterprise giving verbal instructions, went across the counter, took an unknown quantity of CBD oil cartridges from the glass show, and left on foot.
No accidents occurred from the incident.
