Dive Buys Nordic Thriller Purchasing

European customer support specialist Dive has acquired Sweden-based company Nordic Thriller Looking for an undisclosed sum.
Launched in 2013 by Daniel Swidén and Robert Uggla, Nordic now operates in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. The agency’s thriller customers conduct the whole lot from easy ‘retailer checks’ to extra superior gross sales conversations, visiting the whole lot from passenger ships, retail and grocery shops to kiosks, cafés, eating places and malls.
Following the takeover, Nordic Thriller Purchasing will proceed to be managed by Swidén (pictured). The information follows Dive’s 2021 acquisitions of Norwegian thriller procuring and buyer satisfaction company Ukjent Kunde, and Finland-based thriller procuring and CX agency Palvelu Plus.
Kerli Soosaar, CEO of Dive, says following the deal the group now has a staff of 100 professionals in eight nations, and performs 200,000 thriller visits per 12 months.
