
SHAWNEE COUNTY—Legislation enforcement authorities are investigating mail theft and have two suspects in custody.
On Tuesday, the Shawnee County Emergency Communications Heart obtained notification of a mail theft that occurred on Tuesday at a residence on SW 69th Avenue in Auburn, Kansas, in keeping with Deputy Abigail Christian.
Throughout the investigation, extra mail thefts have been found. Data was gathered by deputies and detectives that led to fraudulent purchases at a number of native companies.
Investigators recognized suspects and subsequent and on Wednesday, members from the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Workplace Felony Investigations Division, Fugitive Warrant Unit, Crime Scene Investigation Unit and Patrol Unit executed a search warrant at a residence within the 2200 block of SW Fillmore Avenue.
Throughout the investigation, deputies discovered stolen property and arrested Randi M. Reaney, 37, of Topeka on requested fees of legal use of a monetary card, conspiracy and possession of stolen property.
Ethan S. Jennings (31) of Topeka was arrested for a number of excellent warrants and booked into the Shawnee County Division of Corrections.
